Independent Signatories of The Manifesto for Agile Software Development
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:

Volker Holz: (Cyan IT GmbH) Volker Krambrich: (NORSULT Nordic minded Consulting) Yes, it needed to be said. Yes, it needs to be practiced. And we having experienced the better way need to tell about it. That is why I sign in support of this Manifesto. Marc Santos. Lucia Voinescu: (Groupe SNEF) Maxwell Leonardo da Silva: We really need to learn how to build more with less. In all aspects of life. Ronaldo Palma Baptista. Justin Kabonick. Ali Adelstein. James Richardson: (Magic Key Consulting) Arnaldo Ono: (I9 Tecnologia) That is the best way to guide our behaviour to deliver valuable software to the customers. Sam Azer: (http://samazer.net/about) The on-time and on-budget delivery of a successful software project is not difficult to achieve but it's never an accident. All those who have tried to practice excellence in the I.T. field for the past many years have experienced the same realities and have come to follow similar practices. We have found that the only way to build a software system successfully is for technical and non-technical team members to work together towards success while following a solid and reliable iterative process. The "Agile Manifesto" and the "Principles behind the Agile Manifesto" represent an excellent outline of that basic experience that we've all had and continue to have today. It's an honor and a pleasure to add my signature to these documents. Thank you. Bruno Abitbol: (Stacktrace LTD) James Mao: (Autodesk) Love Individuals and interactions, love Working software, love Customer collaboration, love Responding to change. Also love one month iteration. I am not (god horse) process. I am not (floating cloud) framework. I am a group of software development methodologies based on iterative and incremental development with self-organizating and cross-functional team. I only represent myself. I am agile. Murtaza. | Carlton Schuyler: (http://dragnon.com) In Software, It seems that change is in fact not a constant. It's accelerating: In expectations from users and coders, in our capacity to modify and create, and in our necessity to learn.

The more I talk to people who use what I write, the more we reflect on what we do with it and how it could work better, the better off we all are.
***
The more I reflect with my collaborators on what I am doing and why, and how I might have done better today and ought to do tomorrow, the more I can with confidence say that I am a Software Craftsman.
