Independent Signatories of The Manifesto for Agile Software Development
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:
That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more. | |

Antony Parkin. Tarek Negm: (Do Consultants) Believing in the role of agile in evolving software development. Felipe Barone. Alexis Valencia: (ISSI, Inc) I value the proper interpretation of the Manifesto. I have seen teams undo the value of their work (the left) because they placed no value on the items on the right. Simplicity does not mean negligence. Stifling documentation on the front end straightjackets agility on the development stage. Teams that value their work value the preservation of their work. Sufficient documentation (the user stories and the decisions that support changes and response to changes) is necessary for their work to have a future. It is the responsibility of the team to leave the sufficient documentation of the work they produced and why they produced it that way. Misinterpreted Agile principles should not be misused to support sloppy deliverables. Antonio Carlos Laky. Dr. Daniel Trejo-Medina: (DSA Soluciones) Gary Wright. Tom Brennan: (OWASP Foundation) I support the Agile Manifesto! Patrick Campbell: (Agile House) I started into Agile in 2006 after 14 frustrating years in traditional project management, was certified by Ken Schwaber at the time, and never looked back. I take great pride in bringing more joy to the lives of SW development team members and their customers, more so than anything else I've done in the rest of my professional life. Antti Rasi: The Agile Manifesto puts into words and clarifies in an excellent way the ideas and principles that I've wanted and tried to follow in my work as software developper. Stanisław Wasilewski. Sophie Olyphant. | Simon Hudson. Herman Nijland. Merline Mazard. Jonas Isberg: I truly believe that the manifesto is as relevant now as ever before. Nikhil kanojia. Moses Khazalwa: (Polymath Solutions) Agile Development is the way to go. We have been using Agile and this has helped us establish long term relations with our clients. Rafael de Almeida Oliveira: Agile rocks! Michael Lee. Arnot Heron: (TEKsystems) Daniel Basten. ilker yavuz: (Siemens) Dan Koren: (Tableau Software) Dominik Bährle: (QUMedia GbR) KOUSHAL. Lawrence Mann: (General Electric) Suresh Brady: (ME) This is great! Kirti Jaiswal. Christel Sohnemann. Michael McGrath: (Hewlett-Packard) Dagoberto Poot Moo: (ideas) Chris Owens: By the time your waterfall project gets into the development phase, your stakeholder requirements have already changed... Lucas Fuentes. Liam Weston: (DotAbove Solutions) Denis Rozhkov: (ООО Газинформсервис) Dogan Fennibay: (Siemens) ROY MARCELO BLANCO LUNA: (Poder Judicial CR) Semih Akbas: (SIEMENS) Rupert M Woolmer-Tyler. Valerio Romeo. Gianmario Spacagna. | Gloria Stoilova: When you know what, you will find how.
When you know who, you will know what.
When you listen to changes, you always will be on the first row.
Talking and interaction is half the battle, isn't it. Gabriel Velasco: (General Electric) Agile works. Using it makes work more realistic in that it is more circular that linear. The start and finish lines may not always be clear depending on the perspective. Jorjon: (Manta Ray) I completely support the Agile methodologies. It's a shame people tend to support Scrum but disregard the core principles of the Agile Manifesto. Rob Lingle: (Summa Technologies) I am committed to treating people with respect and collaborating with them rather than formal transactional interaction. A a former project manager (I use that loosely) I here by swear off any micro management, team beatings and other "PM" behavior that does not contribute (in a positive way) to a better team, organization and product. I want to work WITH great people on great things....and I find Agile principals to be most conducive in getting to that goal! Giovanna: "Individuals and interactions over processes and tools!" This is the key of the innovation. Doing innovation could be very agile if people actually start to interact. Manuel Torcerrilla: (Gestoria en Palma de Mallorca ) All my suport for this project and the agile software development. Thanks for this initiative. All the software will improve a lot if we try to apply software agile development. I hope this manifesto will change something in how we know, we use and we develop the software. Vijay Rajagopal: I strongly believe agile development will bring back the focus on business value and trust in Individuals. Piero Bravo: (GMD) |
