The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Yiafee Khan: (DCASTALIA) Software engineering is challenging because the world is changing while you are writing the software. So Agile development with the sense "you are collaborating with your customer to understand what they will consider working software" - is very important for successful, effective software. That's why I cannot but support this manifesto.

After many years of development and managing development project, I now feel that the process has bloomed to perfection: Although more acceptance is needed, compare to methodologies previously used in the past, we are at the phase of perfection.
