Independent Signatories of The Manifesto for Agile Software Development
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.

Antoin Boerboom: (Polteq) Ulf Hansen. Leonam Pereira Dias: (http://leonamdias.com.br/) xyz2k8. Arpad Asztalos: At first I thought of the agile manifesto as a utopic set of principles as a whole, but in time if one strives to abide by them, a very much needed (even if not perfect) harmony can occur. Sailendra Kumar: (Capillary Technologies) Mathias Schröder. P B Ramesh. Huanghua: (HuaXianSoft) Jeff Klebine: (Protovera) I support the Agile Manifesto, the principles behind the manifesto, and promote the empowerment of teams to perform at their full potential. J Sánchez: (Guía Tapear) Steinn Arnar Jónsson: Amen! | James T. Agrian: Experience has proven the Agile Manifesto does work. Embrace this approach and success will follow for your project, organization and career. Murat Kemal BAYGÜN: I Support the Agile Manifesto! Mike Trebilcock: (Cornwall College) For me the manifesto represents the common sense approach that is naturally adopted in a crisis; recognition of the agile values and principles helps us to make the right (not usually the easy) decisions. Volodymyr Mandrychenko: I truly believe in every principle and have witnessed tremendous benefits of following these principles within the teams and organizations. Ricky Stewart: The Agile Manifesto, along with the 12 principles, is helping us to deliver valuable software to our customers on a frequent and predictable basis. If you want to make your customers happy, adopt Agile. David D. YOTEAU. Evandro Pomatti. Pengfei Ye. Jeremy Webb: (Organizational Engineering) I have been in software development for many years. When I first started, so much of what I was asked to do did not make sense. I saw the company struggle with so many problems and every time they fixed one, it created two more. When I learned about Agile and Scrum, I knew that I had found the solution to many of our problems. Within 6 months of adopting Scrum, velocity for one of my teams increased to over 3.5 times the baseline. My other team increased to over 2.5 times the baseline in 4 months. It was more than just doing development in an iterative methodology that led to the increase. It was adopting the principles from the agile manifesto and adapting the culture of the company that made the real difference. Juan Diego Vasco Moncada. | Marco Juliano: (Developer, Manager & Coach) Michelle B: The only way to keep the user at the center of all your development (technical, process or otherwise). Why else would you be creating something if not for a user? Peter Künst: Over 15 years as software developer, I found the Agile way the only one that's really satisfying for all parties involved in a project. Seeing Agile becoming slowly mainstream in SW industry is a good thing. Although we must continue to spread the word, because misunderstanding and misuse can be observed too often. Happy developing :) Chris Shaffer: As a former Sr. Software Project Manager and now self-taught front-end developer, I strongly support the ideals of the Agile Manifesto. I can say with real-world experience that Agile is the method by which we can improve our processes, productivity and end results. Nic Price: (People Thinking Ltd) Harshada: (Allerin) It is essential that a business’ IT system be agile in nature that enables the enterprise to evolve quickly without incurring significant costs. We at Allerin have been following Agile principles & values since 2007. Ammar Rana: (Dtech Systems) Bruce Boyes: (SFW) Our company believes wholehearted in the manifesto and does its best to spread the word Gabriele Tondi. Utpal Dighe: I agree. Richard Gutknecht: (Department of the Navy) I have been working on several Agile Development projects and see the benefits of this approach over other more rigid development models. Enrico Giacomelli: (NetStudio) Youri Thielen. Andres Grosso: (Engee IT) |
