Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Arathi.G Rao: Agile is about being 'Adaptive' and 'Evolving' with change, in close relation to Darwin's theory of 'Survival of the fittest'. In the world of Ever changing requirements, business needs and enviornment which even our customers out there can do very little about themselves,..It will be great to discover and re-discover ourselves iteratively and Adapt/Evolve to Survive. I envision that the Agile Manisfesto reaches every software individual at the grassroots of development and ..if I may stretch my dream a little bigger..penetrate into the College or Universities where they are 'Prepared to face the software world'

Joseph Hurtado: (Agile Lion Institute) Agile Software Development is the best set of values, practices and methods to deliver value and working software, with the most success. I strongly support the Agile Manifesto and the movement it created. I believe Kanban and other Ultra Light methods will push Agile further into the future. But the work done in the original manifesto is invaluable. Thank you all! Joseph Hurtado Agile Kanban Coach & Founder AgileLion Institute @josephhurtado

Sascha Bollin: (Bollin Consulting GmbH) We are in an era where the business world is constantly changing due to the steady momentum of global Märkt. This effect has the consequence that project organizations must constantly be able both to respond to change at any time and on the other hand but also to ensure the planned goals and maintain. The agile IT project management is providing a design framework to achieve in a dynamic business environment project successes. The agile methods go first of all believe that software development processes are so complex that a reliable and robust design are generally not, or at least very difficult, is possible. Neither at the beginning of a project all the requirements are known, nor can designate and assess all risks. This results in a significant inaccuracy is in the rough-and especially in the detailed planning. It is more efficient if the development is divided into small manageable packages. The scope and content of the packets will be voted independently between the development team and the client. Together, they take responsibility for the results.
