Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Tanya: What is most dear to our Mission and why we do what we do in the first place; the Human Element. Hiren Joshi: This is betterway to avoid waste by identifying the actual need of business at early stage of design, development of features and improving quality of deliverables more and more after every iterations. It saves lot of time wasted due to its cyclical fashion of completion of activites by doing continuous design, devlopment, testing and deployment by monitoring work DONE and backlogs. Really very useful in actual quality time to be utilised only and only for work.
Liviu Gabriel Miron: (ISS Consult) I am Project Manager and in my career I used both Waterfall and Agile nad I can tell that in IT business, Agile works best!
Dale Sanders: (Health Catalyst) Barry Boehm was a mentor to me and many others at TRW, always emphasizing this balance between rigorous process and creative agility. He was instrumental in my professional development and philosophies, in software as well as executive leadership. TRW was a contractor to the Air Force Software Technology Center in Utah and through that association, I was a fly on the wall at Snowbird in 2001, quietly hoping that the Manifesto would grow and prosper. Today, the impact of the Manifesto is clear and largely responsible for the maturity and growing success of software engineering... we have finally arrived as a profession and the Agile Manifesto is at the heart of that arrival.

As a business guy who drifted onto the Tech side I always felt there was a better way to make software happen - when I started running my own projects I ended up developing many similar techniques on my own in order to make stuff happen - can't tell you how glad I am to discover I'm not alone!
