Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Oshri Cohen: (Nuvo I.T) I support the Agile Manifesto and have been using it for as long as i can remember. There is a reason why "I.T guys" are not trusted in nearly every industry. Many programmers do not adhere to industry standards or any form of ethical development. By following the Agile Manifesto, we can introduce much needed quality and respect back to our craft.

Kymberly Bartlo: I've been working in an Agile environment for two years and find that is more productive, more honest, and has more integrity than traditional project methodology. Rather than having the various roles of a project battling against one another (developer vs. QA vs. PM vs. Business), it promotes a team with the common end goal of a product for everyone's benefit.

sreenivas nukala (vas): Though I have recently been aware of agile manifesto, I unconsciously applied/used these principles while developing software/services for quite some time. As manifesto clearly states, "value" is the one that clearly determines the extent and combination of left and right.
