Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Gerardo Vargas: I have been worked in software development from 93 and until I knew about Agile I was asking myself: How can we create a strong and positive team? I considered this problem several times throughout my career I have always searched for more efficient development ways to be able to keep with the speed that usually software requires with out compromising quality and documentation or resulting in software below expectations and/or poor quality. I'm an Operations Manager of a Software firm, wich delivers high quality systems thanks to the use of agile development, in special the use of SCRUM.
